Hi All,
Hope English is OK as my French sucks  Going for a week to Frejus in the end of October. Planning to bring my kite gear (waroo '07 9 & 13). Could any of you give me some tips on where to kite? Saw that Almanarre is a good spot? Want to start teaching my girlfriend as well so looking for a beginner friendly spot.

Go to Saint- Aygulf's beach. The kites are allowed only on the left side of the beach, so you'll have to walk since the parking is a the right side. There is a notice which indicates the kite zone.
This spot is for S, SE and E winds (NE may works too).
The spot is suitable for beginners but the water is deep everywhere, so she'll have to learn quickly how to go upwind body- dragged.
PS: you won't be alone with your waroo, there is nearly 50% of kitesurfers with waroos here!

Timme,
Just a bit of warning, depending the wind strength, l'Almanarre is not a beginner's spot. At this time, you will be launching from the kite area but at this place, the beach is very narrow.
